Ivy has worked in the education field for more than ten years and has extensive experiences in children and adult training, curriculum development, psychometrics assessment, parents education and centre operations. In addition, she cooperated with the brain research professor of medical school from the world’s top ten university to develop curriculum for early childhood education.
Ivy graduated from University of Essex, majoring in Psychology. During her years in the U.K., she realised the impact of education and culture on children’s personality development. She has been passionate about children’s mental development after returning to Hong Kong and she obtained a master degree in family counselling and family education in Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before establishing Easy Peasy Academy, she worked in different private educational institutions as a training instructor and supervisor, focusing on the development of children from different age groups. She also assisted University professor to develop curriculum for gifted children and responsible for training in China, Korea, Singapore and Middle East, assisting tutors in different regions to educate children. She is also a lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University and Lingnan University, teaching Psychology of applied learning program.
In 2021, she founded Easy Peasy Academy which designs and produces localised teaching materials for parents and teachers to help them educate children and let them learn through fun games. Not only does the games allow children to learn happily, it also allows parents to enjoy the process of teaching children. The games and teaching materials are popular among parents, celebrities and schools. Local kindergartens and primary schools, as well as schools in Australia and the U.K. have purchased them as teaching materials. Ivy has been interviewed by different media and radio stations, sharing her experience in educating children. When she is away from work, she is a mother of two and Ivy describes the children as her “mentors” whom allow her to put the psychological theories from textbooks into practice!

Ms. Yeung is currently a private-practiced registered counselling psychologist. Her work experiences in medical group and schools have equipped her for understanding people who experience emotional challenges from all walks of life. In order to improve the mental health well-beings of the community, Ms. Yeung has been offering services from individual and group counselling; mental health seminars, workshops, to trainings upon the needs and requests of related target audiences. Her expertise is working with parents and children.

Sunny is the leading illustrator and designer for Easy Peasy Academy, has previously worked for PCCW Media Now TV, one of the biggest news firms in Hong Kong, Nudge, a scheduling recommendation app startup, and is currently a graphic designer working for YesStyle, an online retail company. During his years at university, Sunny discovered his passion for children’s book illustration and has been working on his own personal projects ever since. A few months after graduating, he partnered up with Ivy to create the products you see today.
